Zabé is a new fashion jewellery label that mixes amazing swarovski crystals and pearls, with stunning natural gemstones. The result is a totally unique mix of colours, sparkle and quality.

Being handcrafted right here in Melbourne, zabé brings the best of the Melbourne fashion landscape to the masses with its affordable range of high quality accessories.

With a sweet tooth for Swarovski and natural gem stones, zabé is an accessories label everyone loves.

Project Brief

From crystals, to pearls, to natural gemstones, Zabé brings together the elegance and colour in all to form amazing custom designed jewellery.

When setting out to create our label, our goal was to deliver at the highest level of design from branding, to marketing, to photography and most importantly, to our product at all times. We did this by ensuring that the end result was something that we loved and would be proud to receive. If this wasn't the case, we started over to deliver the right result.

Over the course of our first 6 months, the Zabé product has received amazing reviews and outstanding customer feedback. With many online publications now giving the label and product exposure, we're starting to make great strides in creating public awareness.

With a product that is continually evolving along with our passionate fan base, we feel we're well on the way to delivering a sustainable brand.

Project Need

Zabé's passion is to bring hand crafted, high quality, fashion jewellery to the market. With a focus on quality components & excellent customer service to go along with the stunning designs.

But importantly, we wanted to deliver our product at an affordable price point without the quality of our product suffering.

High end fashion jewellery and accessories is often only the domain of the wealthy, but the zabé label aims to bring stunningly eye catching pieces to the majority.

Design Challenge

The challenge has been communicating the love that we have for what we do, and our product, to people who have no emotional attachment to our brand.

This starts at the very top with our brand, and flows all the way down to the inclusion of care instructions with our pieces.

Making all the pieces fit, whilst elegantly communicating our passion was a design challenge from day 1. With many iterations of packaging, branding, and complimentary marketing collateral being tested. Designing the elements that sit aside from our product, so that they in themselves were stunning, but didn't take centre stage away from our product was the ongoing challenge.

All the while, we couldn't lose focus from our main goal, designing amazing looking jewellery.

Sustainability

Zabé manufactures its product by hand, locally, to ensure the highest possible quality at all times.

All branding, design & marketing collateral is design and printed/manufactured locally as well, so there are no faults in the experience from top to bottom.

Although many of our components that make up our jewellery are developed overseas, we buy locally to support local business, and also to get the hands on support when required.
