Vive Group as the Design Agency working with the Real Estate Agent (red23) and our client (Intrapac).

Project Brief

"We want to achieve higher prices!"

This was essentially the brief from our client in a difficult, price driven market.

The developer wanted to separate the marketing of these 25 lots located near a nature reserve to achieve significantly higher prices compared to existing prices.

Project Need

We developed an identity for the precinct (Greenhaven) and developed a brochure that would position it as the premier destination within the existing estate.

Design Challenge

With a limited creative budget, significant downturn in the property market and a short lead time, we were faced with a range of challenges to deliver the developer's desire for higher prices.

Sustainability

The brochure was printed on 100% recycled stock with an IS0 environmentally accredited printer.

Vive Group also donates 1% of sales revenue to Carbon Neutral.




This award recognises traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching information style to audience.
