Project Brief
Increase visibility, enhance customer experience, drive online sales, maximise marketing opportunities and design it as an extension of endota's day-spa experience! What a brief.
The endota day-spa website is managed through the web-marketing platform Blocks™, providing an integrated tool for website content management, email marketing, maximum SEO visibility and file management.
Project Innovation / Need
Considering endota’s vast franchise expansion from 55 spas in 2010 to potentially 120+ by end 2011, our task was to create a strategic and scalable website with a highly usable framework that would play a strong role in the future of endota’s brand among consumers and franchisees.
The new endota site marries brand, marketing, usability and technology — increasing visibility, driving online sales and enhancing customer experience. The website design is synchronised with endota’s brand palette and its outcome is a highly successful user interface that meets all of endota’s current and future requirements.
Design Challenge
We aimed to go beyond creating an appealing and usable website, we wanted to incorporate the endota ‘wellness’ mentality with beautiful, simple ideas for a unique approach.
Sustainability
Reducing labour, increased love.
