Project Brief

This publication must entice the aspiring buying demographic to purchase in a soon-to-be developed eclectic and boutique lifestyle community.

The market was first home buyers aged 22-32, looking to start a family life and own their own home.

Project Innovation / Need

The brochure's hero design element takes a traditional suburban location map and creates a vintage enchanting village scene, used as a texture for cover and spreads.

The typical use of stock photography and vector design elements is avoided in this publication. We focused on area specific design, youthful composition within a fresh and friendly execution.

Design Challenge

The challenge with this project was a very limited budget allocated to imagery/photography. This meant the design and creative presentation had to sell a future residential community that also had nothing on the ground besides a grassy, open paddock.

Sustainability

Vive Group proudly donates 1% of sales revenue to biodiversity conservation and revegetation projects throughout Australia.

Since 2008, we have planted 14,488 trees.
